Exchange policy
At Mo_ _ _hairs, we maintain strict hygiene and quality control standards due to the intimate nature of our hair units. For this reason, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We only offer exchanges in accordance with the policy below.
1. 14-Day Exchange Window
We offer exchanges within 14 days from the confirmed delivery date. Requests made after 14 days will be automatically declined.
2. Strict Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
• Hair must be completely unused and unworn
• Lace must be uncut and unaltered
• Wig must not be installed or tried on without a wig cap
• Hair must not be brushed, combed through, finger-combed, washed, dyed, bleached, customized, or styled
• No glue, gel, spray, makeup, lace tint, foundation, powder, or product residue
• No scent (including perfume, smoke, or oils)
• Original packaging, tags, and security ties must be fully intact
• Item must be in original condition as received
All returned items are thoroughly inspected under bright lighting and hygiene standards.
Mo_ _ _hairs reserves the sole right to determine whether an item meets exchange eligibility.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are strictly non-exchangeable:
• Custom or made-to-order wigs
• Sale or discounted items
• Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Wigs that have been altered in any way
• Items returned without prior approval
• Items returned after 14 days
No exceptions will be made.
4. Exchange Approval Process
To request an exchange:
1. Email: mohairsuk@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item.
3. Wait for written approval before returning your item.
Returns sent without approval will be rejected.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend tracked and insured shipping, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
5. Exchange Outcome
Once the item is received and inspected:
• If approved, a store credit or exchange will be issued.
• If denied, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from Mo_ _ _hairs, you agree to this Exchange Policy.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:
• Immediate denial of future purchases
• Submission of policy agreement and proof of delivery to the payment provider
